On April 17, 2018, the Zeta Phi Chapter hosted a professional affair featuring Jacquie Stephens speaking on Stress Management and Self Care.
Jacquie worked for 34 years as a litigation paralegal and is also a certified yoga teacher.
The discussion ranged from the value of saying no to proper time management technique including the importance of being able to deliver on your promises and having the foresight to say no or ask for help when needed.
