Greetings!

My name is Tiara Andres and I’m the Senior Vice President of the Zeta Phi Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi in Florida Atlantic University. I would like to personally invite you to one of our recruitment events, Alumni Avengers, on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 6:00-8:30PM located at FAU. This event involves you as an Alumni and/or initiated Faculty in (South) Florida to share and discuss the experiences you have had during your time as a Collegiate member and/or faculty of your chapter. We kindly ask you to also further discuss the many advantages and benefits Delta Sigma Pi has to offer.

Our Executive Committee will prepare a fun and professional Question & Answer session for you. Our targeted audience will be prospective candidates (FAU students and, hopefully, faculty) who are interested in joining Delta Sigma Pi. The goal of this event is to re-connect our relationships between Alumni and Collegiate brothers as well as to help encourage and motivate eligible candidates to join our Professional Fraternity. Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided at this event. I hope that you will consider attending as this is essential for building stronger relationships with one another, for recruitment and for the growth of our chapter.

Please read below for more important information:

•If you know for certain that you will be attending, please RSVP though this invitation. 

•Please come wearing professional or business casual attire. You may wear our official colors – old gold and royal purple. If work requires you to wear a certain uniform, you do not have to change clothes.

•We understand that many people usually leave work around 5:00-6:00pm. If you’re attending and you know that you will arrive late, notify me asap via my cell-phone number at (561)-801-0903.

•You do not need to bring anything to this event; however, as this is not necessary, it would be greatly appreciated if you have promotional items or giveaways related to DSP for our audience.

•Please come prepared with answers that prospective candidates may ask you.

•If you plan on giving a (short) special presentation about DSP and/or have anything additional you would like to share, please let me know beforehand. Please keep topics within Delta Sigma Pi or business career-related.
